About:Shanghai Disneyland Park

Hello we need an urgent reply about Shanghai Disney.

If we take line 11 from Hotel Mingde Grand Hotel how long does it take? We are not sure if its 1 hours, 3 hours or 7 hours =(
And where ad how do we take fast-line tickets?
What is better, to buy entrance tickets on Disney webpage or at the hotel or in arrival at the park?

1. It may take around 1.5 hours to go there.

2. You can get the Fast pass at Fantasyland Guest Services, Adventure Isle Guest Services and Tomorrowland Guest Services. The procedures to get the Fast Pass are as following.
a. Scan your park ticket at a Disney Fast Pass distribution kiosk stationed at participating Guest Services locations.
b. Select the attraction that you wish to experience. You’ll receive a Disney Fast Pass ticket with a designated return time, so you can enjoy the rest of the park instead of waiting in the queue.
c. Go to the attraction’s Disney Fast Pass entrance at your return time, show your Disney Fast Pass ticket and the corresponding Park tickets to the Cast Member and enjoy a minimal wait in line.

3. You are advised to book the tickets on the website in advance. In this case, it may save the time to queue.
