Rest rooms with hotel standard at Beijing Capital Airport

Where is it possible to book the rooms for rest (sleep) which is written about in the "Hourly lounge" above?

I found the official website to book this hourly lounge is under maintenance. You can contact them with the hotline. If you arrive at T1, you may call 010-64540985. Please call 010-64598943 if you arrive at T2 and 010-64558577 for T3.
