what is the most central city to stay to be able to visit fenghuang, wulingyuan

I am thinking of flying into Changsha and visit all these places. Or is there a better place to stay that is most central to all these three places. Will 8 days be enough? Or do you have any alternative option, I am open to suggestion. Thinking of flying out in middle of October.

You are suggested to stay in Zhangjiajie, because there are the direct buses from Zhangjiajie to Wulingyuan and Fenghuang. In addition, 8 days are enough for you to visit these attractions. You can stay in Zhangjiajie for 5 days to appreciate the most attractions, then leave 2 days for Wulingyuan and 1 day for Fenghuang.
