1. Upon landing, you can take the airport shuttle bus to get to the South Railway Station directly. The operating hours of this bus line are from 07:20 to 19:30 at intervals of 30 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 20.5 per person.
2. There is no train that operates between these two places. Thus, from the airport, take shuttle bus to Civil Aviation Hotel first. Then transfer to take subway line 2 to Wangchengpo Station, Exit 1B. After that, walk southwest around 350 yards to find the West Bus Station. There are some coaches that can take you to Fenghuang Ancient Town. The schedules are 09:00, 10:50, 14:20 and 17:20. It takes around 5.5 hours with the ticket fare of CNY 145 per person.
3. The official website doesn't have English version. You can just purchase the bus tickets when you arriving there. Generally speaking, there will have enough tickets for passengers. Don't worry.
