About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, Im swedish. Want to travel from Taiwan to Guangzhou to stay two days, then fly to sweden.

My flight tickets from Taiwan to Guangzhou and then Guangzhou to Sweden is via two different airline companys. Is it still OK?
