Is this eligible for 144 hour free visit? I have 2 stopovers in Hong kong

Australia- Hong Kong- Shanghai-Hong Kong- Australia. Is this eligible for 144 hour free visit? I will have 3 days in Hongkong both sides of the shanghai visit.
