Do you mean Rongshui County in Guangxi? You can take buses at Liuzhou Passenger Terminal. Here is the specific route.
1. Liuzhou - Sanjiang: The ordinary shuttle bus to Sanjiang departs at 06:00, 06:35, 08:00 and 08:45. The ticket fare is CNY57/person. The express shuttle bus operates during 06:55 to 18:10. The frequency is 25 - 55 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY80/person.
2. The shuttle bus heading for Rongshui operates from 05:55 to 19:00 and it runs every 20 - 40 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY35/person.0
