About:Hong Kong MTR - Tung Chung Line

There will be 2 adults and 1 kid with luggages from HK Disneyland Hollywood Hotel to Shenzhen.

Which way the convenient? By cab? By MTR? If by cab, from Disneyland Hollywood Hotel where to take and is it better to Hung Hom station then from there by MTR to Lo Wu? or from HK Disneyland Hollywood hotel to Sheung Shui station then by train to Lo Wu? Which way faster and how is the price?

You are not advised to take cab because it can arrive at Luohu directly and you still need a transfer.
Considering your situation, you can go to the Hung Hom station first, which is closer to your hotel than Sheung Shui station. Then take MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu Station, which will cost around 38 HKD per person. It will take around 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Lo Wu Metro Station, you still need to cross the border and enter Shenzhen.
