About:China Visa Application in USA

Can I apply from abroad?

I'm a US citizen on a 1 year business visa in Indonesia, can I apply at one of the Chinese Consulates in Indonesia?

Yes, you can apply from Indonesia, but you need to apply from the CVASC office.
