About:Shanghai Transportation

Pudong airport to Fairmont Peace Hotel via Maglev and then subway or taxi?

My husband and I will arrive at PVG coming Thursday at 3:35pm.
I like to take Maglev to Longyang.
Should I transfer to subway 2 or take taxi to Fairmont Peace hotel?
I am debating if I should buy the maglev+subway pass for 55 yuan.
We will have 2 carry-on bags.

From Longyang Road Station, you are suggested to take a taxi to the hotel for your convenience. The taxi fare is around CNY40.
In addition, you can purchase the Maglev+Metro pass. The card costs CNY 55 and allows you to take a single maglev trip (economy class) and unlimited subway rides within 24 hours after the first use. You can purchase the pass at both the maglev stations of PVG and Longyang Rd. as well as some major subway stations. After use, the card will not be recycled and passengers can keep it as a souvenir.
