Thank you for quick response. Last week I submitted all and got HK entry permit and am planning to take Ferry from HK to Macau and its just site seeing visit and I am returning back to HK same day ( No stay in Hotel). I heard that since I have HK visa I can just submit Application with HK Itenary and mention Ferry in application

I'm not sure about what you said, but according to what I know, Sri Lankan citizens must get an entry permit before they enter Macau. So apply for one in advance or try your luck in HK? You can make a decision.
