About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

LAX-PVG-LAX

I am an airline employee and travel standby (non confirmed seat), would I be eligible for this 72 or 144 hour free visa with a planned returned flight but no confirmed seat?

Greg, you are not eligible for 72 or 144 hour free because you won't fly to a third country or region different from the USA.
