Is 3rd week of May okay to visit Taipei?

I'm planning to visit there for the first time, but will it be rainy for most of the days? Thank you.

Yes, in general, May will be a nice time to tour around Taipei. According to the previous statistics, the temperature may range from 75 F to 85 F. It will be hot and moist. Although there may have several light rainy days, it won't influence the sightseeing. Don't worry. Have a nice trip!
