About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

If you are Nigerian and a school got you work permit in March 5th , can you get the Z visa

I want to know if you are a non native of English but have been teaching in China since 2012. Luckily a school applied new documents for you in February and fortunately, got the "Work Permit" in March. Now the school wants me to go home and apply the Z type and enter again. As the new policy starting this April, Can I still get the Z type.? I have all the documents excluding "Invitation letter" cuz the Expert bureau said we don't need it again when applying Z type. what are my chances? At the moment I'm in China.

Hi Lord, it is still possible for you to get the work Z type. Give it a try.
By the way, you can try to apply for it at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can work, you don't need to go home.

Where exactly should i apply for this new Z visa, the city I'm going to work in or any psb office in China?

You should apply for it at local exit and entry administration of the city you're going to work.
