About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

If on a cruise ship doing 1 day visits off of the ship do I need a visa for Chinese day trips

Leigh, could you please give more details such as travel route, the transit city?
If you travel like country A-China city (24 hours)-country B, you may be able to use the 24 hour direct transit, and then no visa will be needed, but you’d better double check that with the cruise ship company.
