L Visa requirement for Nigerian

Hello,

My Nigerian fiancé plans to visit me (American with a Z visa multiple entry) in China. He would be staying with me at my home and we would remain in my province of XinJiang. On this page I did not see this visa listed, but I did see it on another.

Are the requirements the same?
