About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

If russian citizens are able to apply for Chinese Z visa to CVASC in Seoul without ARD cards or not?

And what does the abbreviation ARD stand for?

I’m afraid it is very difficult for you to get the work Z type from the CVASC in Seoul if you don’t have Korean ARC card.
ARC refers to Alien Registration Card.
