i am going for a conference to hongkong what type of visa i will need and type of documents?

You can apply for business type. You need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, an invitation letter from the conference, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.

The organization providing me the acceptance letter is Taiwan base organization. Is it necessary to have an invitation from hongkong base organization? I mean is it necessary that the organization providing invitation letter must be a hongkong base organization/?
