About:Dual Nationality

My parents wish to become Chinese Citizens again after 10 years obtained Australian Citizenship.

They are 87 year old and really miss home town and people there. Please advise.

You may prepare the application forms as well as copies of your parents' passports and residence permit in Australia to Chinese embassy.
It is still suggested you contact the embassy to get to know the specific procedure.
