My name is Sakina born 06/28/62.

A month ago I had a misunderstanding with a fellow employee and I went to make peace with her.She got upset with me and just pounced on me.We got loud and I was put in a position that it was my fault.My director took my bonus away.I have been working in this company for 14 years,and this was the first time that this incident happen.This employee is showing attitude,I feel I have been treated unfairly,and my heart is not in this job.Please tell me should I continue with this job or,look for another job.Please help me.
