Hello, I will be traveling from Mexico to Bangkok, Thailand, with 2 stops in Guangzhou, one when going from Mexico to Thailand and again when retorning from Thailand to Mexico.Thanks!

Ruth, if you fly from Mexico to Bangkok via Guangzhou and then on your way back to Mexico fly via Guangzhou again, as long as your transit each times in Guangzhou is less than 144 hours, you do not need it.
