Is there a long queue for the Shanghai Tower in July?

I've got 2 full days in Shanghai and I really want to visit the Shanghai Tower, preferably in the dark to see the lights of the City. How long does anyone think the queue could be in July?

Usually it takes more than one hour queuing up for the Shanghai Tower. I think you may take more time because you will visit during the summer holiday.
