Hi, I think April is the best time to visit Kuming, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-la. The weather is favorable. The average annual temperature is between 11C to 19C at that time. However, it may have big temperature difference between day and night. So you are advised to take a jacket or an overcoat for night.
