I was wondering what is the fastest way to get there by bus or train, if needed plane and how to do so.

Hi, Mayra. You are advised to take a train to Zhangjiajie. There is only one train, K9063 from Tongren to ZJJ every day, which departs at 11:25. The whole trip will take around 5.5 hours. The ticket fare is CNY50.5 for a hard seat, CNY96.5 for a hard seat and CNY146.5 for a soft seat.There is no direct bus or coach operating between two places.The plane is less convenient since you may need a transfer in other cities which will take a long time.
