Are there taxis available at Tongren Railway Station?

Hello, I need to transfer fron Tongren Railway Station to my hotel in Jiangkou, and then back again from the hotel to the Station 4 days later. Are there taxis available at the Station, or do I need to book one ahead of time? Thank you, Dan
