invite cousin through s1s2 visa

I would like to invite my cousin (brother) for searching job in china, i have Z-type can i invite him through S1 or S2 type

He cannot apply for the S1 type. You can try to invite him through S2 type, but if it cannot work, he is advised to apply for a tourist L type for China.
