Residence permit extension to catch a flight

Hello, my wife will need to catch a flight in mid-june 2017, however the residence permit ends on May last week, what options I have, to make her catch a flight? Thanks in advance

Hi, you may try to extend your wife’s residence permit at local entry and exit administration, and prepare the relevant documents including her passport and its photocopy, the application form, a passport-style photo, air ticket etc.

She can apply for a 30-day tourist visa 7 days earlier before her residence permit expires.
