We would like to know if there are vegetables to buy on supermarkets in Xian like cucumbers tomatoes? What about bread, cheese or cream?

Yes, thre are vegetables and breads in the supermarkets, some of them are selling cheese and cream. You could buy it at the big supermarkets such as Walt-Mart, CR Vanguard or Metro.
