How can I get to and from the hotels and transportation around the Huangshan city?

I will stay one night at the Xihai Mountain hotel and then the second night at Hui Boutique hotel. We will arrive Huangshan by overnight train from Shanghai. How can I get to and from the hotels and transportation around the city. Can you please advise what the options are?

Hi, Xihai Hotel is located in West Sea Valley Area on the Yellow Mountain while the Hui Boutique hotel is situated at Tunxi Ancient Street.

When you arrive at Huangshan Railway Station, walk out of the station and you will find the regular bus bound for Tangkou in the square. The bus departs every half an hour from 05:30 to 17:00. The travel time is about an hour and the bus fare is CNY20 per person. Upon arrival at Tangkou, transfer to a shuttle bus to the entrance of the mountain (30 minutes, CNY19 per pax). Then you can take the cable car and get to your hotel.

For the return journey, you can take the shuttle bus from Tangkou to Huangshan Bus Station or Railway Station first and then hail a taxi to Tunxi Ancient Street. The taxi fare is around CNY20.
