Will we need to purchase an adapter to recharge digital cameras and phones?

Hi, will we need to purchase an adapter to recharge digital cameras and phones? I know I am going to want to take many photographs and I didn't know if China had the same voltage/amperage as in the U.S.

Most of the hotels in China have both 110V and 220V electrical outlets in the bathrooms, though in guest rooms usually only 220V sockets are available. So I think a transformer is necessary. Also, most of the hotels offer the adapter for their clients. It is ok for you to take your own one or you could buy it in China easily.
