About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

Directions for transiting at Beijing Capital Airport PEK en route from Vancouver to Singapore

We are travelling on CA992 YVR to PEK and continuing on CA975 PEK to SIN.
Please explain which floor and terminal we will be when we arrive at PEK and what we have to do to make the connection to SIN.
Please detail where we clear Customs, pick up our luggage and recheck in our luggage before boarding CA975.
We have transit lounge booked so please also advise how we get to the transit lounge.

First of all, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
1:Flight Arrival
2:Transfer Procedures:
If you have a connecting flight boarding pass, just verify the boarding gate of your flight via the flight display screen, and then follow the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to head for right boarding gate. If not, follow the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to go to the Transfer Counter at 3rd floor for handling boarding procedures. Please follow the guiding signs to go through immigration, personal security check and customs inspection, and then go to corresponding boarding gate.
3:Stamped on the Boarding Pass
4:Security Check
5:Custom Inspection
6:Waiting & Boarding
Note: You don't need to reclaim the luggage at PEK for international to international transfer.

In addition, the hourly lounge is located at West side of 2nd Floor Arrival Hall, 2nd Floor, T3-C; East side of International Departure Hall. The hotlines are 010-64558577 (T3C) and 010-64532621 (T3E). You can easily find the place according to the detailed English signs at the airport. :)
