transfer within 3 hours

Hi! I will be Flying from Munich Germany and landing in Beijing on March 29 and board for a Tokyo flight within 3 hours. I do not need any special visa right? I know, it is a silly question but I just want to make sure that I do not need any special permit. Thank you!
