My fiance is getting a business visa and I am planning to get a tourist visa to visit him.

I don't have much money in the bank. Is there a way that my fiance can send me an invitation letter, I will be living with him. If yes, do I still need to have a bank statement? He will be the one who'll going to pay all of this. He's a US citizen. Hoping for your reply.
