About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

Hi, if a person have overstayed like six months since his/her visa expired

how much will he be charged (fine) and will he be allowed to go back to China after renewing his visa. Hellen.

Hellen, the fine is CNY500 per day after you overstay, but the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000.
I cannot tell you for sure if he will be allowed to re-enter China.
