My 3 years multiple entry visa to china will expire next year in January

How soon do I need to renew and do I have to go for medical check up again?
I am a male Filipino Chinese married to a china lady

Thomas, do you hold a Q1 type and a temporary residence permit? If yes, you can renew the temporary residence permit one month before it expires and you need to go for the medical check up again.
