We would like to use two Lux Soft Sleepers (with toilets).  Is there an age minimum for my twins to have there own compartment next to mom and dad?

There is no age limitation as long as they are traveling with adult. A child under 150cm can enjoy a child discount as well which may around 25% off for some routes.
