It seems that there is no direct shuttle bus between the two places. Maybe you can take the bus line 1 from T4 to Wenzao Station, and then walk about 120 m to Jinbang Park Station to take bus No. 857 to Xiada Hospital Station. Getting off the bus and walk to west about 10 minutes, you can get there. It takes about 1.5 hours and costs about CNY 3. It is available to buy the tickets on the bus.
