visa application payment in qatar

Question

We have all the requirements for the Tourist Visa Application for Lebanon passport holder but we don't know how/where we can make the payment. We already checked with the banks and with China embassy but no can can advise us of the proper process. Please let us know where can we make the payment here in Qatar for the Application. and where can we submit the application aside from sending it by courier to Hong Kong. Thank you.

Jay, if you don't want to send the documents to HK, you can apply from the PRC embassy in Qatar and you can pay by money order, cashier's check, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) to the embassy. If you have to post the documents to HK by yourself, you need to make a bank draft payable to HK Immigration Deparment in the application envelope.
