want to married with my girlfriend.

Dear officer i am a pakistani national and now In china still i completed my western medicine study and i got my degree now but coz my long time relationship with my girlfriend i want to get married with her but the problem was that i heard from somewhere that the foreigner after married can't get or to do any job or work here In china because of his family visa so i want to know about when i got family visa so then can i do legal job or any kind of work here like Chinese people please thank you........
