requirements for the visa and where to apply

Hi I'm a bachelor student in xian china and planning to visit australia in september this year 2017 with my girlfriend . my cousins live there and were going for one week only. where can i apply for the visa and what are the requirements ? I'm zimbabwean.. thank you

You need to provide your passport and its photocopy, the application form, your residence permit in China, your financial support proof, your school certificate, round trip air ticket and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to VFS. Global to apply for Australia tourist visa.
