Shammy, do you go to HK for tourism or other purposes? If you go there for tourism purpose and your stay is not more than 14 days, you don't need it. If not, you can apply from the embassy in Bangkok or post your application documents to HK Immigration Department. Remember if you want use the 14-day free entry policy, you need to make a pre-aarival registration online before going there.
