About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying from ORD to Beijing

We arrive in Beijing on 4/14 and depart on 4/16. Are we able to do the 72- hour transit visa? If yes, are we free to go on excursions through tour companies?

Kara, if you will fly from Beijing to a thirs country, you will be able to use the 72h free transit in Beijing and you are free to go out of the airport to have some tour.
