regarding application in mumbai when passport issue is in hyderabad.

Hello My friends passport has been issued in Hyderabad and he wants to apply for a China visa in the urgent section can he do the same?If yes what extra documents does he require and if no where else can he apply for it.

Chirag, he may need to apply for it from the CVASC in New Delhi. If he wants to apply for a tourist L visa, he needs to provide his passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to the CVASC. he can choose the express service which takes 2 working days.
