About:China Visa Exemption

Do I need visa on cruise tour depart from Hong Kong go to Vietnam, then to Sanya then back to Hong K

I'm joining a cruise tour depart from Hong Kong, go to Vietnam, then to Sanya, then back to Hong Kong. I'm a Malaysian, pls advice what kind of Visa I need to apply?

Vessel, if you stop in Xiamen for not exceeding 24 hours, you can use the 24 hour direct transit, and then no visa will be required, but you’d better confirm that with the airlines.
