ticket counters

where can i exchange my ticket voucher to the boarding tickets after drop off from s taxi..can i get railway tickets too from shanhai to hongkong?..what is the railway station that caters to this..

There is one ticket office on the South Square. It is not inside the station, about 500m away on the east. There should be another one the North Square as well. You can buy a paper ticket to HK there directly, but no collection option for this route.
