Will it be hot or cold in inner Mongolia during June 17?

Take Hohhot as an example, the temperature may range from 50 F to 75 F during that period of time. It won't be chilly cold. However, you are still advised to bring some warm clothes in order to adapt large temperature difference between day and night. :)0
