About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am from Kyrgyzstan but having a Macau blue card .Do I need a visa to visit Hong Kong ?

Can I pass immigration with a blue card ? If I need where I can apply for it ?

You need a visa to visit HK. You can apply for it from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in Macau SAR.
