to pay through TT

Hi,
Last year i booked a ticket and paid through Paypal, but unfortunately i received an email that due to Paypal policy we cant issue tickets , now if i go to pay through TT how can i do this?

For off line payment, you may need to contact the website by email after submit the booking. They would inform you the acocunt details. I did it by wechat before.
