About:Xining Railway Station

Buy train tickets without the original TTB permit

I plan to go to Lhasa from Xining by rail way.
I've already ask a travel agency in Lhasa to issue TTB permit ,book rail way tickets and so on
Then they said,Ｉcan buy tickets at Xining station with a copy of permit.
Is it OK?

Buying a ticket without travel permit is OK, however, you need to hold the original one for boarding.

Thank you for your reply!
I asked travel agency again,
then they said,photo copy of TTB permit works enough.
But if I need the original one,they can send me.

I consider about it for a while.
