About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Submitting visa applications from different state consulate office

Can my travel agent in LA submit my applications on my family behalf in the Los Angeles Consulate office even though we live in Texas?

If you live in Texas, you should apply from China embassy in Washington D.C.
